Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Professionally, Karen Dannewitz has practiced as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 40 years. She has guided people in their healing of past traumas. She has focused on working with sexual abuse. She has worked with both the perpetrators of sexual abuse and with those upon whom abuse was perpetrated.

Spiritually Karen grew up in the Lutheran church. She has studied and practiced Native American spirituality, practiced Buddhism, and studied and practiced the teachings of Ernest Holmes, the founder of the Church of Religious Science, which is a new thought philosophy. Through her studies and practices she has come to know that there is only One God of us all and that we are all One.

Karenz has co-led pschospiritual retreats for over 5 years. Again guiding participants to claim their true power by learning to love themselves as God loves them. Her guiding philosophy is that we are all one in the One.
